I work as a nurse and we serve teens living on a residential campus while they wait for adoptive or foster placements. Many of these young people are navigating complex questions about identity, relationships, and self-worth, and they are deeply in need of healthy, faith-informed perspectives on love and sexuality.
With appropriate approval, I hope to provide copies of Male, Female, Other? and If You Really Loved Me by Jason Evert to approximately 40 teens in our care. These resources offer thoughtful, age-appropriate guidance that supports their emotional, relational, and personal development.
Our residential community would greatly benefit from materials that present a clear and compassionate understanding of human dignity, authentic love, and healthy relationships.
